How to make a vinegar rinse for hair
You can make your own vinegar rinse/hair conditioner at the end of your shampoo wash, which balances the pH of the scalp, adds shine, smoothness, and manageability.
Guide:
2dl water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar/apple vinegar
(You can add a few drops of essential oil if you wish)
Mix together and apply to hair and scalp. Use warm water. Leave on for a while and rinse. Half the recipe is enough for short hair. The vinegar smell of the acid rinse will disappear soon after the hair dries.
The conditioner works great with natural, soap-based shampoo and is especially helpful if you have just switched to using bar shampoo or your hair is porous or damaged. Porous hair and hair coated with styling products will absorb more of the soap residue from the bar shampoo and may feel sticky. Compared to industrial shampoo, our bar shampoo is gentler and leaves your hair feeling fluffier because it does not wash your hair and scalp as vigorously.
Give your hair and scalp some time to get used to the bar shampoo and you will notice that, among other things, the sebum secretion of the scalp will be balanced and the washing intervals will often also become longer.
